Informace o odstoupení

Klient má právo odstoupit od smlouvy o směnárenském obchodu do 3 hodin po jeho provedení, a to v provozovně, kde směnárenský obchod provedl. Odstoupení se musí vztahovat na celý rozsah smlouvy o směnárenském obchodu. Převyšuje-li částka složená klientem k provedení směny částku odpovídající 1000 EUR, klient má právo odstoupit od smlouvy v rozsahu, v němž jím složená částka k provedení směny odpovídá částce 1000 EUR. Pro přepočet se použije směnný kurz ČNB vyhlášený pro den předcházející dni provedení obchodu publikovaný na www.cnb.cz. Provozovatel si vyhrazuje právo jednostranně zvýšit část směnárenského obchodu, od níž klient odstupuje, je-li to nezbytné s ohledem na nominály bankovek a mincí, které má provozovatel právě k dispozici. Lhůta pro odstoupení běží pouze během provozní doby určené pro styk s veřejností v provozovně, ve které klient směnárenský obchod provedl. Platí provozní doba uvedena na dokladu o provedení směnárenského obchodu. Je-li tato lhůta přerušena, neskončí dříve než za 30 minut od okamžiku, kdy začala znovu běžet. Nemůže-li klient odstoupit od smlouvy o směnárenském obchodu proto, že mu v tom brání překážka na straně provozovatele, může od smlouvy odstoupit ve lhůtě 6 měsíců ode dne provedení směnárenského obchodu, a to i jinde než v provozovně, ve které byl proveden směnárenský obchod, nebo poštou. Totéž platí pro případ, neodstoupí-li klient od smlouvy, protože byl provozovatelem uveden v omyl nebo jej provozovatel neinformoval o právu odstoupit od smlouvy na kurzovním lístku, informaci před provedením směnárenského obchodu nebo na dokladu o provedení směnárenského obchodu.

The client has the right to withdraw from the foreign exchange trade contract within 3 hours of its finalisation, in the branch where the foreign exchange trade was transacted. The withdrawal must apply to the entire extent of the foreign exchange trade contract. If the sum paid by the customer for the exchange exceeds the equivalent of 1000 EUR, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract to the extent to which the sum paid for the exchange corresponds to the sum of 1000 EUR. The ČNB exchange rate valid for the day before the day of finalising the trade will apply for the calculation. The rate is published on www.cnb.cz. The operator reserves the right increase the extent of the foreign exchange trade from which the client withdraws unilaterally, if this is necessary due to the denominations of banknotes and coins the operator keeps currently. The withdrawal period applies only during working hours for contact with the public in the branch in which the foreign exchange trade was transacted. The working hours stated on the final receipt apply. If this period is interrupted, it will not end earlier than within 30 minutes of the moment it recommenced. If the customer is not able to withdraw from the transaction because of the hindrance on the side of the operator, the customer can withdraw from the foreign exchange trade contract within 6 months after the day of its finalisation, also in other place than the branch where the foreign exchange trade was transacted, or by post. The same applies in case the customer is not able to withdraw from the foreign exchange trade contract because he/she was misled by the operator or the operator did not inform about the right to withdraw from the contract on the exchange rate list, on the precontractual information or on the final receipt.
